No. Although the South Florida Water Management District voted Dec. 13 2007 to move to Phase III watering restrictions in Florida, at this time Franklin Cleaning & Maintenance has been assured by Collier County officials that pressure-washing is not affected by the current drought; one of its worst in recordable history. Water restrictions don’t apply to car washes, pressure cleaners or pool companies. Washing cars at home is still allowed under Phase III.
