We supply expert supervision on each job and each technician approved to work on roofs receives extensive training before setting foot on one. All equipment, ladders, and vehicles receive routine inspection and maintenance. To maintain these high standards, Franklin requires monthly classroom safety training on OSHA-approved techniques and compliance for all of our employees.

Franklin Cleaning does not use generic franchised equipment. Our equipment is made to our specifications to be conservation friendly and is maintained regularly to provide fantastic results every time. Our high-end surface-cleaners are used to increase the quality of of all of our pressure cleaning projects beyond that of our competition.

To provide maximum efficiency and great results we use mobile cleaning systems for community curbs and sidewalks. Franklin Cleaning has provided service to literally hundreds of miles of sidewalks and gutters over the years.

Franklin Cleaning & Maintenance is Licensed and Insured

Before hiring any company it is advisable to contact the county Occupational Licensing Department and find out if the company is approved to pressure-clean ROOFS. And ask the company for a Workman’s Compensation certificate. Without proper insurance if an accident occurs, your insurance may have to pay. Or worse.
